TAIWO ADENIYI
Mr. Taiwo holds a Bsc Degree in Chemistry and (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from the university of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Supply Engineering and Logistics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He won the prestigious Chairman’s award of an outstanding employee in 2009 and the Nigeria National Productivity Order of Merit Award in 2012. He started his career in Pharma Deko Plc where he gained experience in operations management and products developments. He joined Vitafoam in 2007 as logistics manager and later became Technical Director. Mr. Adeniyi was appointed Acting Managing Director on 22nd April 2015 and became the substantive Managing Director on 4th June, 2015. He was appointed to the Board of Vono Furniture Products Ltd and became the Chairman of the Board in November, 2019.
CHARLES KOKO
Mr. Koko is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS). He holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance (MBF) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Amongst several senior Executive positions in the Banking Industry, Mr Koko held the position of Executive Director (Corporate Banking) of FBN (Merchant Bankers) limited from where he retired into private business in 2003. Mr. Koko was appointed a Non-Executive Director on March 30, 2016.
LEKAN SANNI
Mr. Sanni holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Prior to joining Vitafoam as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in 2010, he had served as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of the then Amicable Assurance plc from 1997 to 2003 and Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to Vono Products plc from 2003 to 2010. Mr. Sanni has attended several senior management courses and taught law at the Lagos State Polytechnic and other private institutions. He currently holds the position of the Group Head, Administration & Legal Services at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.
DAHIRU GAMBO
Mr. Gambo holds a Bsc. Degree in Chemistry from Usman Danfodio University Sokoto. A seasoned sales professional with over 18years experience in selling. Possess high integrity and excellent people management skills. Prior to joining Vitafoam, he initially worked at Neimeth Pharmaceuticals Plc (Sokoto Depot) for six year where he served as Sales Supervisor from 2000 to 2003 before being promoted as Senior Sales Supervisor from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Gambo Joined Vitafoam in 2006 as Regional Sales Manager North Central and he occupied this position till 2011. From 2011 to 2018, he has grown through the ranks in various positions like Regional Sales Manager South West, Regional Sales Manager South west/Lagos, Regional Sales Manager Lagos, Ag. National Sales Manager, National Sales Manager respectively. In 2018, he was promoted to Head of Sales of Vitafoam Nig Plc.
Mr. RAJI SHINA
Mr. Raji Shina is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and also a trained Six Sigma & Interior Design/Decoration. He holds a Bsc. Degree in Wood Products Engineering from the prestigious University of Ibadan. Prior to joining Vono Furniture Products Ltd, he began his career with Kreative Kapintas Ltd as Ast. Technical Manager/Draftsman and later moved to Déjà vu Furnishings Ltd where held the position of Design and Technical Head and later as Operations Officer between 2010 and 2012. He later joined Svengali Designs Ltd as Assistant Production Manager from 2012 to 2014. He moved on and joined Origin Furniture Ltd, where he served as the Production Manager between 2014 and 2016. From 2016 to 2018, he held the post of Production Manager at DO II Designs Ltd where he recorded lots of achievements like reducing cost of production from 54% to 43%, won the manager of the quarter award July – Sept 2016 and 2017 manager of the year award. He joined Vono Furniture Products Ltd in 2018 as Production Manager where he made great impact like reducing the cost of production and also increased the capacity utilization of the factory and other numerous achievements. In light of all the achievements and positive impact, he was appointed/promoted to Operations Manager and became the head of the business in July 2019.
